Established as a minority owned business, Morales Engineering Associates, LLC is a Houston-based professional consulting firm that specializes in civil engineering, land development, municipal infrastructure and construction phase services. We are registered as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) with the City of Houston and a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) with the state of Texas.

A professional civil engineer in Texas, Enrique Morales has 13 years of experience in engineering design and consulting in the Houston area. He has managed and coordinated the components for multiple master-planned communities and represented several utility districts. Enrique brings knowledge of the design requirements of many Houston-area municipalities to clients’ projects.

Maintaining open communication to facilitate the successful completion of developments, Enrique frequently liaises with other members of his clients’ project teams, including other consultants such as planners and architects. Enrique’s primary focus is providing thorough, high quality work that helps clients meet their individual objectives.

Enrique earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. He has been involved with the Houston Hispanic Architects & Engineers organization since 2009, serving as president in 2014. Through his involvement in the organization, Enrique has encouraged Hispanic Houston-area students to pursue math, science and higher education by overseeing the scholarship application process and speaking with students in local schools.

In 2014, the Houston Hispanic Architects & Engineers recognized Enrique as the Young Engineer of the Year for his continued dedication and assistance to the organization.
